Individualized Ultrarunning Coaching.
Constantly hungry for knowledge, Remo’s coaching philosophy is influenced by his routine consumption of books, publications and research papers combined with his “blood and sweat” experience in the field.
A self-proclaimed lover of heat, his running experience ranges from mountain terrain, sand and pavement to extreme lengths and extreme temperatures.
He is a firm believer in a holistic approach to training, including mindset, hydration, lifestyle nutrition, strength, and mobility, while taking into account each athlete’s busy lifestyle. Remo lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and son.
